How can I get my broken phone repaired?

You can come to the Borough Park location or the Williamsburg location. Depending on what the fix is, you'd have to bring it into the Borough Park or Williamsburg location, or you can also send it into the Borough Park.

Well, the Lakewood store did open up, so you can bring it over there. It is on 361 Cedar Bridge Avenue. Yes, so there is a technician in the store. They'll be able to fix your phone on site. The repair is $75. Right, so what they do is they replace the shell of the phone, so you get, like, a brand-new shell or a brand-new outside. No, they're just going to replace the entire shell.

Currently, there is no due date for that. The devs are working on the update. It should be out hopefully within two months.

We do repairs for the Fig 2. It's called the shell repair when it's, like, the hinge or the screen, the shell repair. At the moment, we do not have any shells in stock, so you'd have to wait for us to get new shells, or we could use a refurbished shell. The refurbished shell is $50, and the brand new shell is $35. We'll be getting new shells in, like, about a month.
