Does warranty cover a crack in the phone casing?

There's a place in Lakewood where you can fix it. It's Kosher Sale. It's at 1700 Madison Avenue. And if not, you can send it to us and we can fix it for you. With them, it's going to be about $85. And with us, it's going to be $75, but the shipping cost will make it a little bit more expensive.

Unfortunately, there's no warranty for those kinds of cracks.

Because it's in the terms and conditions. There's no warranty for physical damages or cracks.

If there's some kind of physical damage, okay, if the phone is cracked, it's not covered, okay? And if it's an issue that it's not a cracked thing, it's just a defect, then yes, we'll take a look at it.
