The customer is experiencing issues with multiple apps crashing and not functioning properly after a recent update.

It's for the Music app, Waze app, Message app. Just don't do it for the Notes app because it will delete your notes. Don't do it for that.

Okay, so first, with the Move It app, so customers have been reporting that customers that still have the Move It app are no longer working since the last update. It seems that some sort of compatibility difference with the new update and Move It is not having it function properly. We did let them know, but there may not be anything that we can do with it because we no longer have that app. But they are, we did let them know about the situation, so we have to wait to see some more information about it.

And then for the Message app, there is going to be a Message app update because a lot of customers are having issues with the Message app recently after the update. And there is actually an update that should be coming out tonight, well, before the end of the day today, that should be coming out.

No. So the only thing it's going to take away is the playlist that you made, but it's not going to delete any of the music. So you can just like remake the playlist. But for music, you're not going to actually lose anything.

So we no longer have access to like the Move app, like we can't make any updates or anything. So we're just hoping that the devs are able to do something on their end to have it at least be compatible with the customer that still has it.
