So, what we can do is we can go into Settings of the phone. Okay. Apps and Notifications. Yes, I'm in there. And then See All Apps. Okay. Top right corner, there's going to be three dots. Click on those. Click Show System. Okay. All right. And there, you're going to scroll down to DuraSpeed. D as in dog. U-R-A. Feed. DuraSpeed. Yep. And the list is in alphabetical order. Click on that and then click Open. And then you're going to switch it off. Yes. Okay, and then that should be good? No, so then you're going to go back to the long list of apps. Go to Messages. Go to M and E. Messages, okay. And you're going to click Storage Cache. Okay. And then you're going to Clear Storage. Clear Storage, okay. This app's data will be permanently deleted as it includes files, settings, database, and other app data. Okay? Yes. Okay. All right, and now you're all set. You just turn the phone off, turn it back on, and you should be good to go.

I can help with that, so go to Settings. Once in Settings, go to Apps and Notifications. Once in Apps and Notifications, go to See All Apps. On the top right of the screen, you will find three dots. So tap on those three dots, please. Once you tap on those three dots, press Show System. You need to find an app that will be called DuraSpeed. D as in dog. U as in umbrella. R as in red. So once you're there, all you have to do now is just open it. You'll see the option that says Open, so you have to press on that. Once it's open, look for an option that says, you will see a whole list of apps. One of the apps will be your messaging app and your phone app. So both, those two apps need to be on. Got it? They're on. Okay. And that's it. Now you will be getting all your messages with those in the Biennial.

Oh, so you would be able to go into Settings, then Notifications, and you should be able to see the weather notifications. Under Settings, I see Call Settings, Sync Tools, Network and Internet, Connect to Devices, Capsule Notifications. Do I go to there? Currently, the only thing that you can do with the weather notifications is to turn the actual dot off. Yes. So I can take either the app off itself or the notification dot, but you wouldn't be able to get rid of it from the notification slider currently.

So as long as... That'll do. Right. So when you update your phone or any apps, just make sure you're on Wi-Fi when you do it, and then you'll use barely any data if you do that.

Connect it to Wi-Fi and that should work, okay?

You then go to Storage and Cache.

Right now, we don't have any time frame for it, but they're trying to push that as fast as possible.

There was an update that interacted with certain customers' phones improperly, and they're trying to figure out exactly, you know, what's the root of the problem, what's going on, and the fixation.

It seems like it does not have, like, a carrier specific.

It's been everywhere. It's just that for the other customers that are still having problems, it has been with most of the older models, but it hasn't really been consistent with, like, who is having the issue.
