Why are there options for apps like Google Play Store and WhatsApp on my phone if I can't access them?

When you go to settings, you go to click on Bluetooth, right? And you go click on Bluetooth. Okay, Bluetooth. And then... After you go to Bluetooth, you tap on connection preferences.

Then when you go to Android Auto, then you go to the top three buttons and do health and feedback.

It says view in Google Play Store. This system is connected to the Android interface. So because of the fact that this is a help resource that is connected to Google, it gives you an option to go to the Play Store to refer back to it. But since there's no Play Store on the phone, it does not take you anywhere.

There is no before it was filtered. The phone was created with a filter. There is no non-filtered version.

The specialty apps are there for the people that have those accounts and stuff like that.

The SIM toolkit is for you to have a second SIM. If you have two SIMs in your phone, you'll be able to use that. And you'll be able to program different things according to which SIMs you have.

If you know someone that has it, that has nothing to do with us, because someone was able to alter the phone to put things that are not allowed on the phone, we do not have control over that.

You can try to prevent people from, but you're saying that you found somebody that's able to reprogram the phone in a way that's intended, we cannot do anything about that.
