When you go to settings, you go to click on Bluetooth, right? And you go click on Bluetooth. Okay, Bluetooth. And then... After you go to Bluetooth, you tap on connection preferences.

The SIM toolkit is for you to have a second SIM. If you have two SIMs in your phone, you'll be able to use that. And you'll be able to program different things according to which SIMs you have.
