Why are my files appearing as empty zip files when transferring to my new device?

There should be zip files all the way through, so transfer them over to your phone and then once you go on to your phone with the files, you'd be able to import and they should be able to read the files.

My supervisor did let me know that sometimes it does not work very well and you gotta try it a few times. If you already did try it a few times and it still is not working, just wait for the update that's coming out. A lot of things that happen with the last update, and they should be fixing most of those bugs and issues.
