How do I transfer files from my old phone to my new phone?

So when you click export, right, it's going to be in the files. So once you plug the phone into the computer, you'll be able to copy them from the phone to the computer. So after you do that, you would just do that, plug that old phone in, copy the files over, and then plug the new phone in and transfer the files back over.
