How do I resolve video playback issues after a software update?

If it says video playback is disabled, that is going to be a software issue. So our devs are working on a solution to this problem. Sometimes the phone recognizes the video as something not taken on the device and then the filter stops it from being played on the phone. So if that is the case, then I'll just let you know that that is being worked on by the devs and they have been trying to fix it for a while and it hasn't been fixed.

Yes, so if that's what it says, then yes, the devs are aware of it and they're trying to fix it, but it has been like that for a while just so you know, so we're not sure when it's going to be fixed.

So sometimes what happens is the phone just starts to read it as a foreign video. It's not about like when. It can happen to any video on any phone. So they're trying to figure out exactly what's going on, what causes it, because it's been happening for the past few updates.

So as I was saying, they have been trying to fix this for quite a while, so we're not sure when it's going to be finalized, when it's going to be fixed. They're trying to figure out how to navigate around this.
